ADA Bio Rio

Bio Rio is a mixture of porous filtration media specially designed for recreating the water purification system of the nature. Porous natural stone has a high permeability, and provides an ideal environment for filtration bacteria to colonize. It also helps to remove organic substances, which become a cause of water pollution, and degrade quickly through the work of microorganisms.

Usage

Do not wash BIO RIO before use. At initial setup, the aquarium water becomes murky due to the component of this product, but it will clear up in a few hours.

In case of setting BIO RIO in a canister filter, use a mesh bad and avoid the filtration media to come out from upper screen.

In case clogged filter causes the lower flow volume, take out BIO RIO to a bucket and rinse lightly with the aquarium water to remove the dirt and sludge

For Optimum filtration performance, using other filtration media such as BAMBOO CHARCOAL, NA CARBON and TOURMALINE along with this product is recommended.
